The challenge
Customer service took too much time
Homebay wanted to keep growing, but day-to-day customer contact was taking more and more time. Questions came in through different channels, while outdated systems made the work unnecessarily complicated.
We built a solution around their existing property management system. AI helps with recurring questions and drafting replies. A custom dashboard brings together information and work that needs follow-up.

A chatbot for customer enquiries
The Homebay assistant handles frequently asked questions directly on the website. Visitors can ask questions in Dutch or English and always have the option to contact the office.
