’t Achterhuis & AanEen Hospitality
From a table for two to a complete wedding. For Bas and his team, we brought reservations, events, communication and point-of-sale insights together in one system.

The challenge
Reservations came in by phone and were written in a notebook. Planning a wedding meant hours of writing, digitising and coordinating with the customer. And all of that for two restaurants.
Eight separate tools worked independently. We built one central workspace where an enquiry flows into planning, communication and invoicing. Everyone works from the same overview.
01The central dashboard
Which guests are coming? Which quote is waiting for a reply? How are sales performing? Reservations, follow-up and Lightspeed insights are brought together for both locations.
A demo based on the actual dashboard screens. Names, notes and figures are fictional.
02Online reservations
Guests choose their party size, date and an available time on the website. The reservation appears in the dashboard. Their confirmation email contains all the details, plus the option to add the booking to their calendar.

03Events & planning
An event starts with a clear enquiry. The event planner brings guests, dates, products and prices together. From there, it creates the schedule, run sheet and invoicing, so front-of-house and kitchen teams know what’s needed.

Date, party size and requirements in one place.
A schedule with products and prices.
A clear run sheet for the whole team.
04Website & management
From the website and menus to the booking widget: everything belongs to the same workspace. The team can update pages and immediately see how the website looks.

A dedicated Outlook workspace brings email and calendars into the dashboard. AI prioritises messages, filters spam and marketing, and helps turn event enquiries into detailed plans.
The owner has an overview of both restaurants. Management assigns tasks, front-of-house staff see what’s coming up and the kitchen works from the relevant run sheets. The website chatbot handles general enquiries.
The result
What used to live on paper and in separate programs is now connected. Enquiries are easier to process, less information needs re-entering and the whole team knows what to do.
